SOMFL’s All-Time Stock Team League II is a league where
coaches choose any computer stock team currently published by SOM up to and
including those published with V6. Returning coaches draft their team in
reverse order of how they finished in the previous year. New coaches to the
league are placed randomly in the draft order by the commissioner.

3. Usage Limits
QBs and RBs with the following
rushing or passing attempts will be exempt from over usage limits:
Games/Rushing or Passing Attempts
QB: 16/400, 14/350, 12/300
RB: 16/240, 14/ 210, 12/180
QBs and RBs that do not qualify for unlimited usage, their usage will be calculated as follows: (Usage limits are rounded up)
Players that played in a 16 game schedule: 110% multiplier
Players that played in a 14 game schedule: 125% multiplier
Players that played in a 12 game schedule: 140% multiplier
This is because players that played in a 16 game schedule already have a built-in 30% advantage over players that played in a 12 game schedule and a 15% advantage over players that played in a 14 game schedule.
There will be no usage limits for receiving.
4. Pre-Season
There
will be a two game pre-season schedule in order to tryout your team. After
you’ve had a chance to take your team for a spin and feel you need to make a
change, please feel free to do so. Once the regular season starts, changes will
not be allowed.
5. Frequency of Games and Game Reporting
Each coach must play
approximately one game a week or a minimum of 3 games in a four-week period.
It is up to the opposing coaches to arrange a game time. If there
is going to be a delay the coach shall notify their opponent and the
commissioner as soon as possible before the scheduled contest.
To keep things moving if there is going to be
a delay in completing a game, please find someone to fill in.
Game reporting to the
league is the responsibility of the home team coach.
6.
Post Season Usage Limits
Players that played in a 16 game schedule: 10% multiplier
Players that played in a 14 game schedule: 12.5% multiplier
Players that played in a 12 game schedule: 14% multiplier
There
will be no post season usage limits for receiving.
7. Participation and Communication
Participation is voluntary,
however if you're signed up for this league you are expected to honor your
commitment. Failure to complete games in a timely manner may result in a
coach being expelled from the league. It is understandable that
situations may arise where a game may be played late or a week missed.
COMMUNICATION is vital. Keep your opponent and the commissioner informed when
games must be delayed.
Repeated failure to participate in a timely manner will result
in your team being assigned to a coach on the waiting list.
Primary communication and
the dissemination of information will take place by email. Members are also
required to sign up for AIM.

8. Sportsmanship
These leagues are about
competition and gamesmanship. Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated.
Respect your competitors and above all have fun. The commissioner
will make a determination on most all disputes. All decisions rendered by the
commissioner will be final.
Since tie-breakers do not
involve points scored, please play nice.
If necessary I’ll appoint a
committee of league coaches to resolve issues involving the commissioner.
